Rates

My session rate is $200 for an initial intake and $150 for child or adult therapy appointments. Sliding scale fees are available on a limited basis. Please call for more information.

Insurance

Hopeful Hearts Therapy is currently in-network with Horizon BCBS and Blue Cross & Blue Shield network plans. For those with other insurance companies, I am happy to assist you with submitting electronic claims if you are eligible for reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.

Out of Network Benefits

Therapy services may be covered by your health insurance plan even if I am not in network with your health insurance company. Here are a few questions you may want to ask:

• Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• How many sessions per year does my insurance plan cover?

Telehealth

I offer HIPPA compliant virtual therapy sessions for older children, teens, and adults.
